We decided to offer this training program as a supplement to our charity 5k - "Run Your Pie Off"-held the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We are including a virtual race this year, so of COURSE you get all the swag for signing up (details to follow on this years goodies). All proceeds will go to 261fearless.org
We've got you covered - a private facebook group for any questions you have, and 2-3x a week you will receive stretching/strengthening programs to supplement your training. Don't worry -they are 10 minutes or less!
It's a really freakin' fun way to train for a 5k, and it will support our charity: 261fearless.org - Nicole's sister is running the Boston Marathon this year, and your $39 "donation" will help her get to the start line next April. Purchasing this program is automatic entry into our in-person or virtual 5k: "Run Your Pie Off" - you will receive the same goody bag as those attending in person.
